Land survey was completed in the three regions. Budget was allocated for the project. An initial investment of 60,000 to 70,000 Rupees was allocated for this project. The drip irrigation system costs about 50,000 Rupees of which 50% aid is provided by the government. Labour and pesticides cost about additional 25,000 Rupees. Plantation cost per acre is about 15000 to 20000 Rupees.
