Save Indian Farmers presented Bharat Kala Manch on June 20th 2015 5 PM at Linwood Middle School. We invited few selected and highly reputed schools to participate and showcase their talent. Over 500 people, 10 vendors and 210 participants from 14 different performing arts schools/organizations and 50 volunteers made this event a grand success. From stage decoration to choosing the quality of performances of each school, we paid attention to minute details and results were fantastic! We could present a unique platform to showcase Bharat Natyam, Mohiniyattam, Carnatic Violins, Hindustani Classical vocals and Malla Khamb performances all on 1 single platform. Many thanks to all the schools and participants as well as SIF-NJ chapter volunteers who made this event possible at this level. We raised around $9000+ to support widows of farmer suicides, start their own small business.
