Save Indian Farmers volunteers Dhanashree and Mangesh Bairat organized an event that was unique in many ways. It was the first event by SIF in the New Haven, CT area to raise awareness about situation of farmers in India. It was also the first event done by SIF that showcased talent of Jazz Master Trumpeter Mr William Fluker, his Inspire band, accomplished artist Mrs Lisa Fluker and local talented kids. We raised about USD 1300 to support following 3 ladies, start their small business.
