Save Indian Farmers found out about an article by Mr. Marale providing the information on Drumstick growth and harvesting. Mr. Marale also gave information about market size, distribution channels and the initial investment. Mr. Jamdar completed the ground survey and provided information about the right time to grow and sell the crop. The price of the crop is decided by the agricultural market committee based on the rationale of demand and supply. To put it simply the price on any given day is decided based on how much crop is sold on previous day. Based on the gathered information and after many brainstorming sessions, 3 markets were identified for the crop: Yavatmal, Akola and Nagpur. Mr. Lokhande agreed to buy and market the grown product once the crop was bought from him. Mr. Khandale agreed to provide the outlet for the Akola market.
